Shipping

  Sibaritas Grow has a large stock in our warehouse, we also work with wholesalers important to offer a quick and timely manner. Still, there are sometimes broken stocks, which communicate with our customers to be informed at all times.

The shipment of material will be made once payment is made in a period of 3 to 5 days by express courier 24H MRW, provided the material is available in stock. Otherwise, our client contacted via e-mail or phone the possible delay in delivery.

Returns

You have 7 days in which without justification can return the products purchased as long as they are just as you would like to receive their products. This should inform us in advance, (the various consumer organizations recommend be done via letter)

But remember that you must pay the return postage and administrative costs or other generated as a result of your return.

Claims on the material received:

If you receive the packet of material with signs of tampering or beaten, indicate on the delivery note and check the goods in the presence of this, do not sign the delivery note without having indicated these incidents despite verify that indeed the material appears be in perfect condition.

If after reviewing the submission of your material differences observed between the material received and the packing slip, please let us know immediately, indicating the number of delivery note and detailing the differences indicated, please indicate also a tel. Remember we can not accept claims on shipments beyond 24 hours of your receipt of shipment.

From 5.00 kgs to 10.00 kgs   - 11 Euros

From 15.00 to 20.00 kgs kgs - 15 Euros

From 20.00 to 50.00 kgs kgs - 25.00 Euros
